| Microsoft Document Imaging Hello, I have a few users that awhile back their Microsoft Document imaging stopped working. I researched for a fix and found a post that said to replace the new MSPSCAN.EXE withe the one in the temp folder under system32 I believe. out of Four users this has worked for 2 users. The other users are having trouble saving the scan. When they save the scanned image it gives an error that "Microsoft Document imaging has encountered an error and needs to close" I look at the error report and it is referencing the mspview.exe. I tried also replacing this file and it still errors. Is there anyone that has encountered this issues and found a fix? |
