Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus Ewido. Do all
prep/finishing work and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe
Mode.

Once you know the computer is virus/malware-free, if you are still
having slowness issues do some maintenance:

Thanks. When I installed it on a client's machine on Thursday they were
still calling it Ewido. I'll make the changes in my malware removal
blurb and on the website accordingly.
