Keyhook.exe - entry point not found .....

I’m running OS XP PRO. After startup & the desktop displays, the following
message is displayed:
"X
Keyhook.exe – entry point not found.
The procedure entry point?ReadKeyString@CSISReg@@SAHPADOHOPAUKEY_@@K@Z
Could not be located in the dynamic link library SISBase.dll.

In my windows/system/System 32 folder, I found SiSBase.dll modified
11-10-06 10:37am properties as: File Version: 6.14.10.3770,
Description: Sis VGA Base Dynamic Link Library, Company: Silicon
Integrated System Corp (www.sis.com),
Internal Name: SisBase 3.77.51

What is causing this message to display?
What & how do I fix whatever to stop this message from displaying?

From a Google search:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=keyhook.exe

It's related to a SIS graphics card.

Disabling it through msconfig should probably stop the message. Then do
some troubleshooting.
