Event ID 7000 and 7001

I am having a problem with recently installed ZoomBrowser EX. (a Canon
Digital Image aquisition/editing program) When I click on Camera
Window/Powershot-IXY-IXUS-DV6/Camera Window, the cursor momentarily flickers
then returns to normal. Program does not open.

Reported in Service Control manager is Event ID 7001:
The SSDP Discovery Service service depends on the HTTP service which failed
to start because of the following error: The system cannot find the file
specified.
Checking further in the Service Control Manager for HTTP shows Event ID 7000:
The HTTP service failed to start due to the following error. The system
cannot find the file specified.

The file ''netevent.dll'' referred to in some of the screens, is installed
on the computer in the C:\Windows\system32 folder.
Any help to get this going would be appreciated.
