background color for the text of desktop icons to transparent

Hi All

Simple question: How can I change the background color for
the text of desktop icons to transparent ?

For example, I want the words "My Computer" on the My
Computer icon to have a background of the desktop picture that
i have on my desktop and not any red or blue color. How do I change
that?

cheers
varun
