freeze at "load computer setting" about 15 mins when startup

the pc is logon to our computer domain, when the user type in his password to
logon, the pc almost freeze at "load computer setting" about 15 mins until
appear the desktop

Check your DNS settings. The server should only look to itself for DNS
with forward/reverse lookups set for Internet access. Workstations
should only look to the server.
