make f1 paste my email, f2 paste something else etc.

How do I make the f keys paste something?
like: hit f1, it pastes my email
xp

I'm not sure what you mean by "paste something". You mean insert a text
phrase such as your email address? If that's what you want, then you
want a macro program. Short Keys does that. Google for "macro programs"
and see what you come up with.

I'm not sure what you mean by "paste something". You mean insert a text
