Calling id

Calling id has encoutered a problem and has to close.(if in the middle of
something you may loose imformation something like that ) please can any one
tell me what this is pops up all the time

"Encountered a problem" is a generic explanation of a program that
has malfunctioned. Most programs handle their own fault codes so
that the program can continue to run. The message you are receiving
indicates the program has "Hit a brick wall" and simply stops.
Not sure what Calling ID belongs to, do you use any type of VOIP
(Voice over IP) software such as Skype ?

I use CAsecurity suite anti virus, ( I hate it )maybe something to do with it
