| Problem with Task Scheduler Service I'm having some serious issues with startup and services. Startup is taking about five minutes, and through looking in the event viewer I've determined that Task Scheduler is not starting. Through an attempt to start the service manually, I've found out that it's giving "Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly." Going through the command line and trying "net start schedule", I get the following: "The Task Scheduler Service is starting....... The Task Scheduler Service could not be started. More help is available by typing Net HELPMSG 3523" Typing NET HELPMSG 3523 gives the following: "The ** Service could not be started." It seems to me that this service isn't starting (it takes a few minutes to error out) on startup, which is causing my startup issues. Also, it seems that DHCP and various other services are not starting, but they will start manually. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to resolve this? |
