Third party email client as default mail client

Hello,

How can I register my preferred email client (Pegasus Mail) as the default
Windows email client so that Pegasus opens when I select send to from e.g.
Word?

Regards,

The way I did it was...in your browser...tools...internet
options...programs... *email*...make sure Pegasus Mail is selected...click
apply, and voila!

Re: Third party email client as default mail client

Can't find it in the browser, but Pegasus Mail is selected in internet
options under 'Start-configuration settings-internet options-applications'
(apologies for the loose translation... i've got a dutch windows version),
so I would expect it to be registered as the default mail client, but even
when I click 'reply sender' in outlook express, I get the same error
message.

Any other ideas?

Rouke

Re: Third party email client as default mail client

Try this: Open Explorer, tools, folder options, file types tab. Scroll
down to .eml, highlight it, click the change button and select Pegasus.
