Recycle Bin: Can't Empty

Hello All:
I am using NOrton Systemworks 2006 and recycle bin. I was deleting some old
files and now when I click on Empty Recycle Bin I get this error message:
Can not remove folder; can not find specified file. I did a complete search
of my hard drive for the folder and file name but it comes up with no file,
etc. Does anyone know how I can get this to delete? I have 9 items to
delete and this one problem is stopping the rest from being deleted.
Sincerely,

Is this the Norton protected recycle bin? If so you should check with
Symantec tech support.

Delete some unneeded file, then go to recycle bin and try to empty it. See
what happens. If no go, try running the edit on Kelly's site:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Line 64: Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin in Windows XP

See the top of the page for info on running the edit.
