Web page flicker on explorer as page and graphics loads

Hi Guys
Not sure what is going on. Over the last couple of days, my web pages and
banner ads etc have started to flicker as content loads or if I am moving
about a screen with graphic content. Any ideas what is causing this or how I
can fix it?
