XP SP2 with most recents updates. When I modify a file offline then
reconnect to my network and try an offline file sync, it fails with the
below error.

Offline Files (\\servername\sharename\ on servername) access to 'filename'
is denied on \\servername\sharename\foldername

I have full rights to this folder. I have tried to disable the NIC create a
new file and then re-enable the NIC. Nothing seems to be working. I'm
stuck on this one.

Any help would be appreciated

Also to the root-folder of the share?
