Is there not ONE single person here that can help me?

Yesterday I sent out an e-mail request for help. Is there not ONE single
person out there that can help me? My granddaughter sent me some photos by
e-mail and I can't save them. Read below please.

Something has changed, and I don't know how or why.

When I receive a photo in an e-mail, NOT as an attachment, in order to save
it I use to right click the photo, then click "Save Picture As....", and I
can save the photo. NOW, when I click "Save Picture As....", I get a box
that has Windows Internet Explorer on top in the blue section, and had a
yellow triangle with an exclamation point inside. Then it says, "The system
cannot find the file specified". What happened, and how do I rectify it? I
recently updated Windows Internet Explorer 6, to 7.

Please help!

Thank you!

G@ry

There probably are plenty of people who can help you if you post in the
right newsgroups. Since you are using Outlook Express, I assume that is
the email client with the problem. I would post in the OE newsgroup and
also crosspost (*not* multipost - see link for explanation) to the IE7
newsgroup.

The IE7 newsgroup is:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

There are a huge number of posts so it would be smart to start by going
to Google Groups Advanced Search. Use a search term that describes your
problem, constrain the search to the IE7 newsgroup and the date to very
recently.

The OE newsgroup is:
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

An explanation of multi-vs.-crossposting:
http://www.blakjak.demon.co.uk/mul_crss.htm

And no, I'm sorry but I don't have your answer or I would tell you
now. ;-)
