Start by fixing your caps lock key, it is rude to SHOUT. Then take a
remedial English class, you wrote a run-on sentence impossible to
understand. Finally, how about telling just a teenie bit about your
system such as OS type, screen saver(s) that won't work, etc.

What is the Wait Time specified in Start, Control Panel, Display, Screen
Saver?

When you entered your Power settings did you click on Apply and then OK
and restart your computer?

Please no ALL CAPS in your next post.

Hope this helps.

Please turn your Caps OFF and we need more info, about your Operating
system, Anti-virus and when this happened?.
Does the screen saver been downloaded from the Internet full of surprises<g>
or just a normal corruption?.

Try system Restore, does it help?.
Look in the event viewer for error messages that can help us pin point the
causer of your troublesome scenario!.
Did you run a full/Thorough scan for malware and viruses with up to dates
security software?.
HTH.
