RE: STILL choppy+slow

I am using WINXP SP2. My mouse cursor always gets choppy suddenly when I am
reading any website. Today, I clicks the add/remove windows component. After
added three windows components. It seems to work properly. The components
installed:
1. Internet Information Service (IIS)
2. Networking Services
3. The bottom one in list ".....Message.."
Maybe you can try it. I dont know why it works on my computer.
