| RE: STILL choppy+slow I am using WINXP SP2. My mouse cursor always gets choppy suddenly when I am reading any website. Today, I clicks the add/remove windows component. After added three windows components. It seems to work properly. The components installed: 1. Internet Information Service (IIS) 2. Networking Services 3. The bottom one in list ".....Message.." Maybe you can try it. I dont know why it works on my computer.
