Installing RAID0 driver without a floppy drive.

I have two WD2500JS 250Gb and I want to install Raid0. When I use the XP
install record, it ask for the driver by floppy. I have no floppydrive. What
to do?

Herr Ober, ein Bier, bitte!

What do you mean when you write "When I use the XP install
record"? Please rephrase. By the way: I could be wrong but
I thought that you need Windows Server in order to create a
disk mirror?

Re: Installing RAID0 driver without a floppy drive.

I was thinking of a software RAID. You're talking about a hardware
RAID, which requires its own controller and driver. This link might
help:

or this one:

The quickest way might be to buy a floppy disk drive. They
are cheap!

Re: Installing RAID0 driver without a floppy drive.

You will need a floppy drive to install drivers during an XP install.
Depending on your computer a USB floppy may work. The only other option is
to create a XP CD slipstreamed with the driver.
