Automatic Restart

I usually leave my PC on 24/7, but I've seen a few casaes where it
automatically restarts. In other words, next time I come to the PC, I'm at
the user selection screen although I didn't do anything explicitly to trigger
a restart. It's kind of annoying. When would this occur?

Thanks

RE: Automatic Restart

,
I got my office PC that's on 24/7 so it can remotely accessed.

It seems that when Windows automatically updates, often it requires a
reboot, and does so automatically. Seems this 24/7 PC just rebooted itself
the other night.
