When booting, get error: Failed to load Transport Client

When booting, get error: Failed to load Transport Client.

I don`t know what program this is associated with, or how to fix it.
I still get all programs to open at startup.
I have reinstalled all programs in the startup folder.
My browser, Netscape 7.2, does open very slowly now.

Help please.
Regards
buddy b

That is all it says except "Can`t continue"
I searched the web using the term and got buckets of results but I
stopped after looking at a few dozen entries.
Most of them did mention details, but I have none.

Am I correct in thinking that it refers to some program that was in the
startup folder?

This is an XP HOME OS, fully updated.

Thanks
