Sure if you have a TechNet or MSDN membership.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s...693.aspx#learn
Technet - $349/$599

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/sub.../aa718656.aspx
MSDN - more pricing options/combos than TechNet, appears to run from $699 to
$10,939 depending on what you want

Only if you have a MSDN subscription. The one for the operating systems
is $699 for one year.

What are you trying to do? XP cds are not copy protected. What edition of
XP are you running on the computer? Did you buy that copy in a store or did
it come preinstalled on the computer (OEM)? If you know someone who is
running the same edition of XP as you are you can make a copy of the cd and
use that.
