Help Requested on XP Pro

I have posted this question twice now with no replies. I did a repair
on my pc and have lost an option under "OPEN WITH" that listed a
"Windows Help Executable" for viewing files such as html and text etc.
Can anyone tell me how to get this option back or what its title is?
I can't find it in help or doing a search. Any advise or help will
be greatly appreciated.

Re: Help Requested on XP Pro

Right click on a file you want to open and go to the Open With menu - at the
bottom is the option to choose the program for this file type. You can
either pick the program from a list or browse to the EXE file. Once you have
done that the application will remain in the Open With list.

You've received no replies because no one has an answer.

And even Google doesn't know what "Windows Help Executable" is. That
means that it doesn't exist.
