| Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-069 I already have Flash 7.0 r19 (NPSWF32.dll file version 7.0.19.0). MS06-069 cites Flash 6. Why does Windows Update tell me I need to update Flash? -- David E. | Re: Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-069 I would recommended that you uninstall your current version of Flash Player, then download the latest version. Older versions of the Flash Player have security issues. http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash -- Carey Frisch Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "David E. It's Flash 7.0 r19 (NPSWF32.dll file version 7.0.19.0). The security alert seems to indicate that the problem does not exist for version 7 and newer. Or is there a disconnect between the version number contained within the plug-in and the actual version? -- David E. Ross <http://www.rossde.com/> Concerned about someone (e.g., Pres.
