How to copy a user Profile

Hi Guys and Gals
How would i go about createing a new adminestrater acount with the old
adminestrater files?
What i want to do is change the user name under documents and settings.
Its a windows folder so it says i can't rename or delete.
I want to keep the profile but change the name.
Can someone help me out with this.

As you have discovered, you can't just change the username but must
instead create a new user account and then copy over the data and
settings from the old account. You must log in once to the new account
before you can copy anything to it.
