ntdll.dll errors

I am having wierd issues when running programs with runas. From my
workstation- xp sp2, dell 280, fresh os install, latest patches, mmc 3.0, ie7
- when I am running programs with a runas, I am getting errors that point
back to ntdll.dll.
Specifically, when I run the 'Active Directory Users and Computers' snap in
and 'SQL Server Management Studio' the programs crash.

With the DSA.msc snap in I get a crash whenever I try to search within the
domain using the 'Find Objects in Active Directory' button on the toolbar
the mmc crashes with the following error report generalities -

AppName: dsadmin.dll AppVer: 5.2.3790.1830 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00018fea

With the 'SQL server Management Studio' when I try to use the 'Open File'
button to open a saved query it crashes the Management Studio with the
follwoing error -

AppName: sqlwb.exe AppVer: 2005.90.1399.0 AppStamp:434f6009
ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 ModStamp:411096b4
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00018fea

The only similarities between these two events are that both applications
are accessed using the runas command, and the ntdll.dll is present in both
errors. When I access the applications using my default login account
credentials I don't experience the errors. Both of the crashes started on
the same day.
Any ideas??

RE: ntdll.dll errors

This issue is caused by installing PGP Desktop 9.5. Uninstalling it fixes
the errors.
