| Single Click/Double Click Missing Mouse Clicks I am using Windows XP SP2 with IE 7.0. Everything was working fine until I tried installing Second Life. The application froze and forced me to restart. Upon restarting, I have had numerous mouse related issues. On the Desktop, double clicking only selects the file. Double-clicking a second time opens the application or document. In IE. single clicking doesn't always work. I have to double-click a link to have it open the page. Things I have done: * I have resintalled the mouse driver and adjusted the mouse Control Panel settings. * Removed, installed and removed Second Life. * Reinstalled IE 7.0 * Gone back to an earlier System Restore Point While the computer is usable, I'd like to fix the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks |
