| Explorer opens only one window at a time I run Explorer 6. If I have 1 Explorer window opened and I want to open another one, or if I click on something, in the opened window that opens another window, then the opened window closes and the new one opens. That problem came up about a week ago. Before that, I was able to open as many Explorer windows as I wanted. What can I do to be able to open many windows at a time? Thanks |

| Re: Explorer opens only one window at a time I assume you mean Internet Explorer Have you tried this? Tools-Internet Options-Advanced. Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" If that is not the problem, then perhaps it is a toolbar you have added? Try removing extra toolbars, in particular, the Yahoo toolbar. ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows - Internet Explorer http://dts-l.org/index.htm On Fri, 10 Nov 2006 05:40:02 -0800, in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, Andre T <AndreT@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >I run Explorer 6.
