Called the manufacturer, but IBM support does "not have this
information".

I needed it for E-Prime, a scripting language (and stimulus
presentation system) that works under WindowsXP.

BTW, the WindowsXP solution, that I discovered with the knowledge of
the answer is as follows:
Control Panel > Performance & Maintenance > System > Hardware > Device
Manager > Ports > LPT1 > Properties > Resources.
