Class not registered

Whe I try to open my Tax Wise Program I get the following message: Can not
create and initialize data file Class not registered Class ID
F6D90F11-9C73-11D3-BB32E-00C04F990BB4. Can anyone tell me how to correct
this problem? I have other Tax Wise Programs on and they work fine.
