Windows Silverlight. Jerky performance on Major League Baseball site videos. Advice please.

I got a perfect performance on the old viewer. Silverlight has been a pain since
it was installed. I had no option. To watch the video reports of games I wanted
to watch I had to download and install.

Can you help?

I do not understand...

You say you had 'perfect performance on the old viewer'... What 'old viewer'
do you refer to?
What 'Major League Baseball site' do you speak of?
Did you upgrade to a 1.1 pre-release/alpha or 2.0 of some sort?
