Unable to Hibernate with USB devices plugged in

I am unable to hibernate my laptop with any USB device plugged in. These
devices include either mu optical mouse, Wacom tablet, Pen drive etc.
Otherwise, my laptop hibernates correctly once these are unplugged.

Possibly, these USB devices are consuming power from the USB ports.
