We installed Quickbooks, which in turn installs the .NET 1.1 Framework and
it's hotfix. We must then click Turn Off or Restart twice in order for the
action to happen. After the first click some things do happen, one being
the mouse, which we have set for a left handed person, reverts to a right
handed mouse, but then the computer just hangs. When we remove the .NET
Framework the shutdown is normal, but of course Quickbooks won't run without
it.

Any thoughts?
