"There is no disk in the drive" error message on Shutdown

Hi,

I'm receiving the error message "There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive D: (or alternatively 'E:')" on Windows
Shutdown after load a CD during the session and left the drive empty.

My OS is WXP SP2.

This is not important, but any idea would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Paco
