What type of file is this and how can i open it

b7ae-0406e6cc752}

the file extension does not show up even when i go into the folder
options to show file extensions. I believe this to be a deleted file
and need to recover it

It doesn't have an extension & as it looks like a SID I doubt you can just
open it. It would help if you provided more background info - where are you
seeing this and why do you think it's something you need?
