| Control panel link in start menu does not open control panel When you click on the "Control Panel" lnk on start menu, I see an hour glass for about 3 seconds and then nothing comes up. I have reviewed the registry and do not see "nocontrolpanel" marked as a (1). I can go to RUN and type in "Control" and the Control Panel comes up with our error. It appears the link in start menu is not pointing to the Control exe file, however unable to locate where this is done. -- Bill Rowland      |
