I am trying to register SWFLASH.OCX (for 2002 Britannica Encyclopedia)
but it will not register (even tried safe mode). It returns the
following error code:
0x8002801c

Can anyone tell me what this code means or how to install the OCX?

Look in: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash

There is a GetFlash.exe (which I assume goes and gets the most up-to-date
version and registers it)

Right-click on Shockwave Flash Object and chose Update
