I cannot tell you how many hours I have spent trying to research this issue
without any result beyond several dozen new gray hairs. I stumbled on this
site and found Matt's question and the responses. ****THANK GOD****

My taskbar buttons are back and I'm on my way to the drugstore to buy some
hair coloring and all will be well once again!!!!!
