How would anyone besides you know what video card you have unless you
tell them, or know it it was an onboard controller on the motherboard
versus a card in a slot unless you identfied the motherboard brand and
model (or, at least, the computer brand and model if you bought a
pre-built computer)?

Because of the dearth of details, only vague responses are possible,
like to go visit the web site of whomever manufacturer's or resells
the video card that you have and get their drivers (or the chip driver
set if it is onboard video).

If you don't have an expensive graphics card that has enough on-board
memory and hardware acceleration, I doubt a new driver would help. But
try a hardware newsgroup and see if better ideas are suggested.
