How do I remove files from a .bkf backup file?

My backup was recursively taking repeat backups of the attached backup drive
as well, because I hadn't deselected it and chose 'full backup'.

How can I remove 1 of the 2 listed drives and all its files, backed up in
my backup file without doing the 4 (or 9 before the 250Gig drive filled) )
hour backup again?
