| microsoft update and windows update Dear Friends, I seem to have lost the ability to utilise both Microsoft and Windows Update. I can open both these pages; verfiying in both cases is fine... On clicking on Express OR Custom, the cursor radiates back and forth indefinately... I have left it running for 60 minutes and nothing happens.... just back and forth back and forth... In passing, Office Update works perfectly.. Any assistance gratefully accepted. -- kind regards g      |
