| "remote procedure call" "slow shutdown" xp home Hi I have xp home. The computer shuts down really slowly. If I go to Task manager and close a svchost.exe (network service) it shuts down very quickly. After stopping service I get a message about NT (can't remember the rest of the message). Any suggestions? I do not have an nvida device in the machine and it it is not the virus problem which auomatically shuts this service. Thanks ColinK      |
