Does XP have virtual keyboard ?

Why we await a Thai keyboard from Bkk,
I wonder if XP or any other known utility
supports Thai virtual keyboard?

I spoke to our University computer shop today
and it apparently is available on Apple Mac
but not with MS.
Just thought I would touch base with the cognascenti.

Thanks
Rodney

Heh!
it is free, and it was aptly named "Kikiat"
which is Thai for "Lazy, indolent, slothful, idle" :)
