Limited Account Printing Issue

I have a Windows XP Pro client in a workgroup that is not allowing me to
print to a network printer as a limited account user.

As soon as you try to print, it says that printing has failed. In the
printer's properties, all of the options are greyed/shaded out.

Printing works fine using an administrator account.

I've read a few sites that say it could be from Symantec AntiVirus
Corporate 10, which is installed on the PC. (and the solution they post
is that you have to make the user an administrative account, which I'd
rather not do).

Any ideas?
