| New Dells sees USB 2.0 hubs as 1.1 I just got a new Dell desktop (running win xp sp 2), into which I installed an internal 2.0 USB hub and also plugged in a 2.0 external hub, each with 4 ports. The pc recognized the devices but gave warning messages suggesting that they were not high-speed USB, so it seems to be seeing them as 1.1. The hubs are both 2-3 years old. Any suggestions as to why this would be happening? |
