HELP: Event Viewer error for SChannel (system freezes up on reboot)

My system freezes up 80% of reboots. I looked in the Event Viewer and it
looks like it's related to the SSL Server credential private key. Any
ideas? Thanks!

SOURCE: Schannel
Type: Error

A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL server credential
private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is
0x80090016.
