I have changed the update time, set up firewalls and still my computer turns
on by itself every night at 3 am, does anyone know why or how I can fix this
problem?

this may be the reason(s)
1. usually unless you have aa very expensive power supply, if there is a
power surge then the computer will restart itsself and turn itself on, it
doesn't really hurt it unless you have partial electricity with your house
2. if you have a network controller (including internet controller) and you
have selected a setting saying (allow to bring PC out of standby) try and
disable this option if its selected or otherwise by a UPS (uninterruptable
power supply) for around US$50

Careful examination of your bios settings, and an adjustment in there ?

Careful examination of your bios settings, and an adjustment in there ?

Check your BIOS settings, odds are there's a setting for Alarm Clock that's
enabled there that's turning the computer on at 3AM.
