I'm trying to download the newest version of itunes 7.4 on my computer
(windows XP) but it stops before it completes and a pop-up box says "cannot
remove older version of itunes contact technical support group". I deleted
all my itunes and itunes set-up shortcuts but it still says the same. What
can I do to fix it?
