When booting up, I get the WIndows starting screen and then when my desktop
shows up for a second, then I get the blue screen with this message:
Stop: c000021a (Fatal system error).
The Windows logon Process system process terminated unexpectantely with a
status of 0xc0000005 (0xc00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

I'm currently using my laptop as I can not open my desktop with this
problem. I tried F8 and safe mode, etc. I keep getting the blue screen with
the message. I researched the error message and under 2000 it stated I need
to install ser pak 4. But I can't open the computer to do anything. Help!
