Event Viewer - Send e-mail after an event id is logged.

In XP PRO, is there a way to send an e-mail when a event is logged
with a certain ID? If not, can somebody recommend a 3rd-party tool
that would accomplish this effect?

Thanks,

--TJ

Re: Event Viewer - Send e-mail after an event id is logged.

Some hw, eg sata controler cards, have this built into their software. My
Adaptec card does.
I did some time ago find some third party software tools, they were
expensive.
