I've try loading my cpu un safemode (winxp sp2) but when i log in
explorer.exe loads for about 5 to 10 sec and then close and goes on and on
like that. What do i do

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

Since you can't use the graphical user interface (explorer.exe),
diagnosing and/or cleaning up the machine might be difficult for you.
Only you know your skill level. Unless you have other machines
available and are comfortable working from the command line and doing
advanced computer work - and there is no shame in admitting this isn't
your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional computer repair
shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).
