deleted folder in hidden folder

I indavertently deleted two folders form C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\RONALD\APPLICATION
DATA\EBOOKSYS\OVERVIEW and C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\RONALD\APPLICATION
DATA\OFOTO\CACHE. . . .forgot they were in a "hidden" folder but didn't look
like the files inside were needed. . .now when i try to copy files to a cd,
i receive the message, "windows encountered a problem when trying to copy
this file". . .i have run system restore to several different points, run
Spybot and Adware, my virus protection is Trend Micro Internet Security 2007
and is up to date. .
I'm not sure but i believe the problem is in one of the folders i deleted. .
and i did empty the recycle bin.
any suggestions as to what i can do in order to copy files to cd's??? I do
not have a copy of Windows XP on a disk but i do have recovery cd's which
came with the computer. . . not sure if i should use them or not. . thanks
for any help. .

Have you tried recreating those folders?
System restore won't bring back deleted folders.
